The Respecting Choices Facilitator Training enables participants to assist patients and families with difficult end-of-life decisions and provides a method for converting patient's treatment preferences into medical orders that are recognized throughout the health care continuum.   CLICK ON THE LOGO to the LEFT for more information on this training.
